All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in the following cases:
• The product arrives with printing errors or defects,
• The product is torn, damaged, or incorrect due to manufacturing or shipping.
To minimize sizing issues, please carefully consult the size chart provided before ordering.
If you believe your item meets the above exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• A description of the problem,
• Clear photos of the item and defect.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note:
• Shipping costs for returns or replacements may be covered by the seller only in verified cases of defect or error.
• Items returned for reasons other than defects will not be accepted.
• Orders placed incorrectly (wrong size, color, design) are the buyer’s responsibility.
